Offer Conditions – Installation of Pool, Paver Walkway, and Fence

This offer is valid under the following conditions:

Paver Surface: The offer includes the installation of a 60 mm paver walkway, including coping or its equivalent. The pavers must be installed exclusively in the area surrounding the pool.
Fence Type and Placement: Only ornamental aluminum fences, installed directly onto the pavers around the pool, are eligible for this offer. Any other configuration excludes the application of the offer.
Changes During the Project: Any modification made to the project after work has begun may result in delays exceeding the 1-week installation timeframe.
Site Access and Ground Conditions: A clear path of at least 13 feet is required to allow machinery access. The completion of the work is also conditional on the condition of the ground and soil at the time of excavation.
Weather Conditions: The 1-week installation commitment is valid only in favorable weather conditions. Inclement weather (heavy rain, storms, frost, etc.) may result in delays.
Material Availability: Meeting the deadlines depends on the availability of materials from our suppliers. In case of delays beyond our control, Piscine Riviera cannot be held responsible for additional delays.
Schedule Adherence: Any delay caused by the client (restricted access, absence, late approvals, etc.) may lead to rescheduling of the work.

Financing: Available upon credit approval.
Prices exclude taxes. Weekly payment amount does not include applicable taxes.
